Hank Fisher Properties is a long-time, top-rated property development and management firm. Founded over 30 years ago, it now has an ownership interest in 31 rental apartment communities and manages all but six of them. The communities are located in 12 northern California cities ranging from Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula, north to Eureka in Humboldt County. Seven of them, all in the Sacramento area, are designed specifically to meet the needs of seniors.
