Nancy Fisher
President and CEO
Nancy Fisher has played an integral part of Hank Fisher Properties since the company’s inception in 1979. Following her husband’s passing in 2006, Nancy became the president and CEO of Hank Fisher Properties, directing all business decisions and company operations.
A native Californian, Nancy was born in San Francisco and raised in Santa Cruz. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Nancy is deeply committed to the Sacramento business community and serves on the board of several organizations, including the Salvation Army’s Sacramento Metro Advisory Board, the Leadership Council for UC Davis, Los Amigos of the Sacramento Children’s Home, the Junior League, and the Sacramento Pioneer Association. An avid golfer and competitive bridge player, Nancy is also a devoted supporter of the Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento Children’s Home, the SPCA, Sacramento Philharmonic, and KVIE Public Television.
Susan White
CFO
Susan White has been steering Hank Fisher Properties’ financial course since joining the firm in 1990. She was named controller in 1993, and achieved the title of vice president of administration in 2004. Currently, as Hank Fisher Properties’ CFO, she oversees all corporate accounting and human resource policies and procedures. Raised in Miami, Florida, Susan studied accounting at the University of South Florida.
